We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue to exceed our clients' expectations.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of interior design and fit-out projects, from initial concept to final handover. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field, a deep understanding of the UAE market, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, an excellent communicator, and possess the technical knowledge required to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury villa segment and commercial projects

- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share

- Collaborate with the design team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions

- Negotiate and close deals with clients

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends

Requirements:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all stages of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and close-out.
• Ensure all project activities are in compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and site supervisors.
• Effectively coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are managed effectively.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
• Financial Management:
• Monitor project budgets and track all expenses to ensure profitability.
• Prepare and manage project invoices, variations, and final accounts.
• Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in the interior design and fit-out industry in the with minimum 2 year in UAE.
• Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, including commercial, residential, and/or hospitality sectors.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methods, and local authority regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
