Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects within the commercial and hospitality sectors. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery — from design coordination and procurement to site execution and client handover. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in interior fit-out, a strong understanding of materials and construction methods, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent and project requirements are met.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify discrepancies or potential issues early.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Supervise site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project standards and local regulations.
- Monitor progress and performance, proactively managing risks, delays, and variations.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement and logistics of materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to design and specification details.
- Manage project handover, snag lists, and final documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out industry, particularly in commercial (offices, retail spaces) and hospitality (hotels, restaurants) projects.
- Proven track record of delivering turnkey fit-out projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and joinery.
- Excellent project planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and AutoCAD or related software.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management practices.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
