Project Manager Interior Fit -out

Job Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee the entire interior fit-out process, from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee multiple interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, and budget control while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
• Manage site activities, ensuring smooth coordination between designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve any project-related issues to minimize delays and costs.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to clients and senior management regarding project progress.
• Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure quality control and that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Maintain health and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Oversee material selection, procurement, and installation to ensure design intent is achieved.

Team & Supplier Management

• Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to obtain the best pricing and quality.
• Supervise the work of site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✅ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out.
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management preferred.
✅ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and project scheduling.
✅ Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
✅ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✅ Location: Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately.
✅ License: UAE Driving License preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
