Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of luxury interior fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE industry standards, safety regulations, and luxury quality benchmarks.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor project teams to maintain productivity and collaboration.
• Manage procurement processes and logistics to secure high-quality materials on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and quality checks.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience managing turnkey luxury residential interior fit-out projects, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, joinery, and construction methods.
• Excellent project management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting, and leadership).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory). English is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
