Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to handle interior fit-out projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage interior fit-out projects from design coordination to handover
  • Prepare project schedules, work programs, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Supervise site activities and ensure work is as per drawings and specifications
  • Monitor project progress and handle delays or changes
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and site discipline
  • Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings
  • Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports
  • Handle testing, commissioning, snag list, and final handover
  • Key Requirements
  • Experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial / residential / retail)
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Familiar with project schedules and reporting
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in:
  • Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management (preferred)
