Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality retail interior fit-out projects from concept through to completion. This includes managing client expectations, budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver fast-track retail projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Delivery
- Plan and manage multiple retail fit-out projects simultaneously, often with fast-track schedules.
- Develop detailed project schedules, milestone plans, and critical path analyses.
- Coordinate with retail clients, landlords, designers, and consultants to finalize project requirements.
Client & Brand Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail clients and their brand representatives.
- Ensure execution aligns with brand guidelines, design intent, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage expectations on cost, timeline, and design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Site Execution & Contractor Coordination
- Oversee on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams to meet deadlines and installation quality standards.
- Coordinate permits, inspections, and mall/landlord approvals as required.
Commercial & Budget Control
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and procurement schedules.
- Monitor expenses, track variations, and manage client approvals for change orders.
- Assist in value engineering without compromising design or brand standards.
Handover & Close-Out
- Ensure timely and defect-free project handovers.
- Coordinate final inspections, punch lists, and handover documentation.
- Maintain records of project lessons learned and client feedback.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
- 5–7 years of experience in interior fit-out project management, with at least 3 in retail.
- Proven ability to deliver projects in malls, high-street retail, or flagship store environments.
- Experience working with international retail brands is highly desirable.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle concurrent projects.
- Effective client communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with fast-track retail build cycles and compressed timelines.
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and mall coordination procedures.

Pay: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month
