Job Purpose:
Looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects in F&B, Retail, and Commercial sectors. Responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage F&B, Retail, and Commercial fit-out projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to management.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in F&B, Retail, and Commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong client management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and MEP coordination.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Preferred:
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience with high-end F&B outlets, retail stores, or commercial spaces.
