Project Manager-Interior Fit-Out (F&B, Retail & Commercial)

Job Purpose:
Looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects in F&B, Retail, and Commercial sectors. Responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage F&B, Retail, and Commercial fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and cost control.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to management.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in F&B, Retail, and Commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong client management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and MEP coordination.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Preferred:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with high-end F&B outlets, retail stores, or commercial spaces.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
