Project Manager – Interior Sales & Architecture

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Project Manager with hands-on experience in interior design and architectural sales. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage projects from initial concept to final delivery, and ensure excellent client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management

• Identify new leads and secure interior and architectural project opportunities
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, budgets, and project timelines
• Develop project proposals, cost estimates, and professional presentations
• Negotiate agreements and successfully close sales deals

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage interior and architectural projects from design phase to final handover
• Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and allocated budget
• Monitor site activities and proactively address challenges or delays

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide progress updates
• Track project milestones, payment schedules, and documentation
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in interior sales and project management
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software (preferred)
