About the Role

Bin Khalid Group is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager with a strong architectural background to lead interior design and architectural projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project management, client relationship management, and business development, ensuring successful project execution while driving sales growth and client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Identify and secure new interior design and architectural project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare project proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.

Project Management & Execution

• Manage projects from concept development through final handover.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor site activities and proactively resolve project-related challenges.
• Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and workflow management.

Client Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
• Track project milestones, payments, approvals, and documentation.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in architectural projects, interior design, project management, and client handling.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, finishes, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design/project management software will be an advantage.
