Project Manager (IT) - Applications & Infrastructure

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Use project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) to enhance team collaboration and ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee projects involving IT infrastructure and applications, including network, server, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth integration of new infrastructure and applications into existing environments.
• Provide technical leadership and decision-making support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively managing expectations, communication, and project updates.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including deliverables, timelines, risks, and budget adherence.
• Document project goals, milestones, issues, and solutions to ensure transparent communication among teams and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in project execution.
• Quickly adapt to new technologies or shifting project requirements to meet business goals.

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in project management, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 6-10 years of proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure or applications.

Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while effectively prioritizing tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Excellent client management skills, including conflict resolution and communication with stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional certifications such as PMP.Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as networks, servers, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.Knowledge of risk management practices and contingency planning.
