A leading telecom industry in Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join their team as PMO – B2B Product Strategy & Growth.

Role Purpose

The PMO – B2B Product Strategy & Growth will lead the end-to-end management and expansion of B2B products across the Enterprise and SME segments.
You’ll define strategy, enable sales teams, oversee presales and post-sales success, and ensure adoption and revenue growth across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Enterprise & SME segments.
  • Identify opportunities across BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Government, and SME verticals.
  • Benchmark against market trends and refine the product roadmap.
  • Establish governance frameworks, dashboards, and leadership reports.
  • Track KPIs — revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Sales Enablement & Presales

  • Support sales channels with solution pitches, demos, and ROI models.
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and business cases.
  • Conduct customer workshops and proof-of-concepts.

Post-Sales & Customer Success

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and provisioning for enterprise clients.
  • Handle key account escalations.
  • Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and upselling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Work with finance and legal to structure enterprise-grade deals.
  • Develop sales collateral, case studies, and training content.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecom, IT, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in telecom/ICT/enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven record in enterprise account management and presales.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, contact center, omni-channel, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
