Pay: Rs120,000 TO 160,000

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Telecom, IT, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 3- 5 years of experience in telecom/ICT/enterprise SaaS solutions.

Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute B2B go-to-market strategy in Enterprise and SME segments.
  • Identify vertical opportunities (BFSI, Education, Healthcare, Government, SMEs) and craft tailored propositions.
  • Monitor competitive trends and continuously refine the product roadmap.
  • Establish governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting structures for leadership.
  • Track KPIs including revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy for enterprise and SME ICT solutions.
  • Identify vertical-specific opportunities (banking, healthcare, education, SMEs) and design tailored solutions.
  • Benchmark against market trends and competitors to guide strategy.

2. Sales Enablement & Presales

  • Support all sales channels with solution pitches, demos, and ROI models.
  • Prepare technical-commercial proposals, RFP responses, and business cases.
  • Conduct customer workshops and proof-of-concepts to drive adoption.

3. Post-Sales & Customer Success

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and provisioning for enterprise and SME customers.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for key accounts.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.

4. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with product engineering, operations, and marketing teams to deliver an aligned strategy.
  • Work with finance and legal teams to structure enterprise-grade deals.
  • Develop case studies, sales collateral, and training content for internal/external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
