- Bachelor’s degree in business, Telecom, IT, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 3- 5 years of experience in telecom/ICT/enterprise SaaS solutions.
Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and execute B2B go-to-market strategy in Enterprise and SME segments.
- Identify vertical opportunities (BFSI, Education, Healthcare, Government, SMEs) and craft tailored propositions.
- Monitor competitive trends and continuously refine the product roadmap.
- Establish governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting structures for leadership.
- Track KPIs including revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy for enterprise and SME ICT solutions.
- Identify vertical-specific opportunities (banking, healthcare, education, SMEs) and design tailored solutions.
- Benchmark against market trends and competitors to guide strategy.
2. Sales Enablement & Presales
- Support all sales channels with solution pitches, demos, and ROI models.
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals, RFP responses, and business cases.
- Conduct customer workshops and proof-of-concepts to drive adoption.
3. Post-Sales & Customer Success
- Ensure seamless onboarding and provisioning for enterprise and SME customers.
- Act as the primary escalation point for key accounts.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
4. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with product engineering, operations, and marketing teams to deliver an aligned strategy.
- Work with finance and legal teams to structure enterprise-grade deals.
- Develop case studies, sales collateral, and training content for internal/external stakeholders.
