We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Developer with 3–4 years of proven experience on freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.) and in services marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence across digital and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company profiles on Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance platforms.
  • Write compelling project proposals and bids that convert leads into successful contracts.
  • Research and identify new sales opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company services (apps, games, design, and tech solutions).
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver client needs effectively.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze conversion rates, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and client acquisition techniques.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, project pipelines, and revenue forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role on Fiverr, Upwork, or other freelance marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of digital services sales, IT industry trends, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Ability to market services creatively and close high-value deals.
  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and service positioning (preferred).
  • Proficiency in tools like CRM software, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools.
