Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing IT-related projects to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of technology and digital initiatives.
This role is not an IT Manager position - it focuses on project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and process execution, rather than direct infrastructure or systems administration.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT project lifecycles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive collaboration between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business users to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Track project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
• Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and relevant UAE regulations.
• Support post-project evaluations, including lessons learned and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 - 3 years of proven experience managing IT projects or digital initiatives.
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
• Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience working with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
