Project Manager - Landscape & Pool Experience

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge in landscaping and swimming pool projects to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects from planning to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage landscaping and swimming pool construction projects from start to finish
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and site activities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within budget and timeline
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare project reports, BOQ reviews, and progress updates
• Handle project approvals and inspections when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in landscaping and swimming pool projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
