Project Manager – Lighting Control Systems (DMX & DALI)

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of DMX and DALI lighting control systems to oversee project delivery, coordination, and close-out documentation. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day project operations, liaise effectively with the main contractor, client, and consultant, and ensure timely execution of all lighting control works.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the implementation of DMX and DALI lighting control systems across project sites.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, client representatives, and consultants to ensure project requirements and standards are met.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and installation progress to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure proper integration of lighting controls.
• Prepare, review, and submit all project close-out documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test reports, and handover packages.
• Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and safety requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and internal teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing DMX and DALI lighting control projects (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of lighting control systems, protocols, and installation standards.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with contractors, clients, and consultants.
• Ability to manage project documentation and deliver professional close-out packages.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments in Saudi Arabia.

Additional Requirements

• Transferable Iqama preferred (for expatriates).
• Valid Saudi Arabia work authorization.
• Ability to join immediately is an advantage.
• Driving License in Saudi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
