PROJECT MANAGER (MARINE/DREDGING)

WE ARE HIRING: Project Manager – Marine/Dredging

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee marine construction and dredging projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plan, execute, and complete marine construction & dredging projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
✔ Supervise dredging operations, including capital dredging, maintenance dredging, and reclamation works.
✔ Manage utilization of dredging equipment: CSD (Cutter Suction Dredger), TSHD (Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger), and support vessels.
✔ Review technical drawings, method statements, and work procedures
✔ Prepare Project Management Plans, execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
✔ Monitor project progress and ensure contractual compliance.
✔ Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, surveyors, and clients.
✔ Ensure Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance and conduct risk assessments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in marine construction or dredging projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager role.
- Experience in reclamation, dredging, port construction, or offshore marine projects.
