Job Title: Project Manager – Market Research

Location: Onsite – Faridabad (Delhi NCR)

Department: Research Operations

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Project Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in both online and offline market research, including qualitative studies. The role requires end-to-end project ownership—managing research execution, vendor coordination, client communication, quality control, and timely delivery. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Faridabad. Local candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Own full lifecycle of market research projects (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and quality across concurrent projects
  • Lead internal and external teams, including freelancers and vendors

Client Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact during project execution
  • Translate client briefs into actionable research plans
  • Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure deliveries are met

Fieldwork & Vendor Oversight

  • Coordinate all data collection methods: F2F, CATI, online, and focus groups
  • Select, brief, and manage MR vendors and partners
  • Negotiate costs, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs

Data Handling

  • Review and validate incoming data (Excel, CSV, SPSS)
  • Identify issues (missing data, outliers) and resolve with data teams
  • Ensure final data sets are clean and aligned with project objectives

Documentation & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain project trackers, budgets, and detailed records
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, and internal quality protocols
  • Supervise quality across recruitment, moderation, transcription, and other supplier outputs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management and market research
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Skilled in Excel; familiarity with SPSS, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities
  • Proven experience in managing client expectations and field vendors

Desirable Attributes

  • Background in a research agency or fieldwork agency
  • Comfortable in deadline-driven, high-pressure environments
  • Knowledge of digital research methodologies and analytics tools

Additional Requirements

  • Must be available for full-time onsite work in Faridabad
  • Candidates from Faridabad or nearby areas will be given preference

This role is critical to ensure smooth, timely, and quality delivery of research projects while maintaining strong operational discipline and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
