JOB SUMMARY

Project Manager leads strategic, high‑impact projects across the organization, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives that drive business outcomes. This role oversees project planning, execution, timelines, and resources while collaborating with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. The Project Manager brings strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Lead large‑scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress tracking frameworks.
  • Partner with executives and department leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Manage and coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; develop mitigation strategies to maintain progress.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee resource allocation, contractor management, and vendor coordination as needed.
  • Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure high-quality execution and adherence to compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and contribute to building a strong project management culture.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
