Job Description – MEP Project Manager:

· Develop and monitor MEP schedules, budgets, and work plans

· Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants

· Manage MEP scope from design review through construction, commissioning, and handover.

· Ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural elements

· Supervise MEP contractors and subcontractors on site

· Monitor installation quality, progress, and safety compliance

· Conduct inspections and support testing & commissioning activities

· Support procurement of MEP materials and equipment

· Support project handover to client and facilities management teams

· Address defects and ensure timely project close-out.

· Manage value engineering and technical submittals

· Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to MEP works

Qualifications:

· B.E / Diploma in Electrical &Electronics Engineering.

· Minimum 10 Years of Experience in related field.

· Electrical Design and Drafting.

· MEP Coordination.

· Knowledge of international and local MEP codes and standards

· Budgeting, scheduling, and risk management expertise

· Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems

· Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
