Project Manager (MEP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)
• Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and civil teams
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 7–12 years of MEP project management experience

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and project controls
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• MS Project/Primavera preferred

Work Location: As per project requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
