Project Manager MEP

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing fire fighting projects in compliance with approved drawings, NFPA/local fire norms, timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor fire fighting system projects (hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, foam, gas suppression, etc.)
• Review approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution
• Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and material planning
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local fire authority norms, and safety regulations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and fire department for inspections and approvals
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost control, and timelines
• Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports
• Manage subcontractors and vendors effectively
• Handle testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and project handover
• Ensure proper documentation for Fire NOC / completion certificates

Qualifications & Experience

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Fire & Safety
• 6–10 years of experience in fire fighting or MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire regulations
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office
• Good communication and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
