Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing fire fighting projects in compliance with approved drawings, NFPA/local fire norms, timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor fire fighting system projects (hydrant, sprinkler, fire alarm, foam, gas suppression, etc.)
- Review approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution
- Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and material planning
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local fire authority norms, and safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and fire department for inspections and approvals
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost control, and timelines
- Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports
- Manage subcontractors and vendors effectively
- Handle testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and project handover
- Ensure proper documentation for Fire NOC / completion certificates
Qualifications & Experience
- BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Fire & Safety
- 6–10 years of experience in fire fighting or MEP projects
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire regulations
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office
- Good communication and leadership skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
