Project Manager-MEP

Job Title: MEP Project Manager
Location: Qatar

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage MEP works across multiple projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, team management, client coordination, and ensuring timely delivery in compliance with local regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all MEP activities (Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing) across assigned projects.
• Plan, organize, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QCDD requirements, and local authority regulations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on site.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory: UPDA (MMUP) Certified Engineer.
• Mandatory: QCDD License/Certification.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar construction standards and authority approvals.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale MEP projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
