Project Manager (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Mid-Level Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating with teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering results within scope, budget, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely solutions.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Ensure all project tasks are completed according to quality standards.
• Manage resources, assign responsibilities, and track performance.
• Facilitate meetings, communicate expectations, and maintain alignment.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and meet targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (plus but not mandatory).
• Experience in IT, software development, marketing, or related industry.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
