Project Manager (Mid to High Rise Building Construction)

Key Responsibilities for Project Manager

• Manage high-rise construction projects from start to completion
• Ensure delivery within schedule and budget
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications
• Resolve site issues and monitor resource utilization
• Track project progress, schedules, and key milestones
• Identify risks/delays and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and approvals
• Conduct inspections and oversee material testing
• Enforce HSE policies and maintain site safety standards
• Coordinate with HSE team and conduct safety meetings
• Monitor costs, subcontractor progress, and certifications
• Support variations, claims, and cost control
• Conduct meetings, liaise with authorities, and report progress
• Maintain project documentation and records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 8–10 years of construction experience
• Strong high-rise project experience
• Knowledge of planning, cost control, and contracts
• Familiar with UAE regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
