Project Manager (MIVAN)- For real Estate Group

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project execution for high-rise residential/commercial buildings using MIVAN / Aluminium Formwork technology.
• Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource plans.
• Ensure timely completion of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities.

2. MIVAN / Alu-Formwork Management

• Oversee complete shuttering cycle, including assembly, erection, de-shuttering, and maintenance of formwork.
• Monitor cycle time, strike-off, and reuse of MIVAN panels to achieve targeted timelines.
• Coordinate with formwork vendors for material availability and repairs.

3. Quality Assurance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to construction quality standards, especially for MIVAN structural works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain workmanship quality.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for site workers.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, PMC, and site teams.
• Conduct daily/weekly review meetings to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure smooth documentation flow for drawings, RFIs, approvals, and material management.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Monitor project budgets, resources, and material consumption.
• Optimize shuttering cycles to reduce cost overruns.
• Approve contractor bills and track project-wise costs.

6. Team Management

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance for concrete pouring, alignment, slab cycles, and QA/QC parameters.

7. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory norms.
• Provide regular MIS reports to management on progress, quality, and risks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
