Project Manager (Multi-Site) – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery

hiring an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of multiple active project sites across Dubai/UAE. You will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and delivery—ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard. This role requires strong leadership, client handling, and the ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments (Design, Procurement, Factory, and Accounts).

• Manage multiple project sites simultaneously (fit-out/joinery/civil/MEP as applicable).
• Own project delivery from handover to completion: program, manpower, materials, approvals, and execution.
• Prepare and control project schedules, daily/weekly progress updates, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and main contractors for approvals, inspections, and site readiness.
• Lead site teams (site engineers, supervisors, foremen) and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control: inspections, snagging, mock-ups, material compliance, installation standards.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and approval follow-ups with Design/Engineering teams.
• Track procurement and factory production to ensure timely deliveries to site.
• Monitor costs: variations, claims, and project margins; support invoicing/progress claims with Accounts.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, site rules, and company procedures.
• Conduct regular site meetings and issue MOM/action trackers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in UAE (interior fit-out / joinery / contracting).
• Strong experience handling multiple sites at the same time.
• Good knowledge of materials, site execution, and coordination (joinery installation is a plus).
• Strong communication for client/consultant handling and team leadership.
• Skilled in planning and reporting (MS Project/Primavera preferred; Excel required).
• UAE driving license
• Experience with high-end villas, hospitality, retail, residential towers, or fast-track projects.
• Ability to manage variations/claims and commercial coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
