The Project Manager is responsible for the collection, timely submission, and tracing of all documentation required for statutory and community approvals. This role serves as the critical liaison between the client, engineering team, and government authorities. It is one of the most pivotal functions in the company: approximately 50% of the Execution Department’s Core KPIs (such as work access approvals and completion certification) depend directly on the effectiveness of the PM’s work.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Documentation & Approvals
● Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications to authorities: Community & Building Managements, DM, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, Free Zone Authorities, etc
● Manage full documentation lifecycle for: ○ Work Permits ○ Major and Minor NOCs ○ Completion Certificates
● Actively track approval statuses and coordinate timely resubmissions or corrections
Communication & Liaison
● Serve as the formal representative of EAS during in-person and digital interactions with authorities
● Conduct professional correspondence on behalf of the company with regulators, building managers, and permit departments
● Accompany clients during inspections when required
Internal Collaboration
● Collect and verify supporting documentation from engineers, designers, and clients
● Request and secure required documents (e.g. as-built drawings, site approvals) from landlords, community managements, or statutory entities
● Coordinate submission timing and deadlines with the Chief Engineer and project team
Document Control & Systems
● Use Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Google Workspace, Slack, and Trello to manage and track document progress
●Ensure daily updates of submission status through Trello boards
● Organize a digital archive of all regulatory submissions and correspondence
Mandatory Requirements
To qualify for the PM position at ArchiStruct, the candidate must meet the following criteria: ● Valid UAE Driving License – essential for document delivery and in-person authority visits ● Fluent English Communication – both written and verbal, for correspondence and negotiation with authorities and clients
● Strong Interpersonal Skills – ability to build trustful relationships and handle challenging approval scenarios with patience and diplomacy
● Proactive and Responsible – must anticipate deadlines, prepare in advance, and escalate when needed
Compensation Package
● Fixed salary: up to 11 000 AED
● Corporate SIM card for business communications
● Fuel compensation for business visits
Working Conditions
● Work schedule: 6 days/week
● Reports directly to: Chief Engineer
● Direct interaction with: Engineers, Sales Team, Clients, Authorities
● Location: Office at JVC + external visits as required
● Documents are considered submitted only after confirmation in Zoho or Trello
● Office attendance is mandatory unless otherwise agreed with the Chief Engineer
