Role Purpose:
To plan, execute, and deliver elevator new installation projects on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards, while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution

Develop project schedules, manpower allocation, and resource planning.

Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines.

Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and supply chain for timely material delivery.
Site Management

Supervise site execution ensuring compliance with installation manuals, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Manage subcontractors and field technicians.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
Customer & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, consultants, and main contractors.

Provide regular updates on project status and address concerns.

Ensure contractual obligations are met.
Commercial & Financial Control

Monitor project costs and control deviations against budget.

Manage variation orders and billing milestones.

Support in project cash collection by aligning with finance and customer.
Safety & Quality
-
Enforce compliance with safety standards and company safety policies.
-
Conduct toolbox talks, site audits, and corrective actions.

Ensure quality documentation, test certificates, and handover requirements are completed.
Reporting & Documentation

Maintain project reports, progress tracking, and handover documentation.

Report delays, risks, and propose mitigation measures.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering.

5–8 years experience in elevator/escalator industry with at least 2–3 years in managing projects.

Strong knowledge of elevator NI processes, standards, and codes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Valid GCC driving license is mandatory.
