Job Description: Project Manager – Odoo ERP

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Odoo ERP with strong expertise in project coordination and project management, along with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementations. The ideal candidate has worked in the capacity of a Project Manager for the last 2–3 years and must possess expert-level proficiency in the Arabic language for effective communication with regional stakeholders and clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects across multiple modules.
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure timely and successful project execution within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
- Conduct project meetings including kick-offs, weekly updates, and steering committee reviews.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients; ensure seamless communication.
- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution mapping with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
- Maintain trusted client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear and regular project status updates/reports.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Coordinate activities between functional, technical, QA, and support teams.
- Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across cross-functional project teams.
- Guide and mentor consultants and junior team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Compliance
- Oversee preparation of BRD, FRD, SOW, project charters, and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational implementation methodologies and best practices.
Post-Implementation Support
- Lead UAT cycles, support end-user training, and plan go-live activities.
- Work closely with support teams for post-implementation stabilization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in project coordination and project management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation (Functional or Techno-Functional).
- Minimum 2–3 years of recent experience as a Project Manager handling Odoo ERP Implementation
- Arabic Language Proficiency (Expert level) is mandatory – written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes: Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc.
- Experience in requirement analysis, gap analysis, workflow design, and solution mapping.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
