We are currently looking Project Manager - Operations & Technology our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Experience:

8+ years banking experience and transformation with OPS & Technology Function exposure.

Experience delivering operational or functional transformation. Strong PM delivery skills plus hands‑on BA capability.

Practical, accountable, and solution‑oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management Skills:
-
Own end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple initiatives.

Structure programs into clear project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

Perform hands‑on analysis on existing operating support models
-
Define and validate business requirements for support functions
-
Ensure business cases and OKRS are created, defined, and tracking real value
Business Analyst Skills:
-
Ability to conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements.

Ability to document BRDs, user stories, and process flows (current state, interim, and target state operating models) aligning to revenue outcomes.

Analyze front, middle, and back office workflows to identify gaps impacting productivity or client conversion.
-
Work closely with all key stakeholders including business, control, and support to ensure solutions are feasible and effective.

Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business realities.
Business & Domain Exposure:

Apply understanding of HR, Credit, & OPS

3. Support decision‑making with data, logic, and commercial context.
