Project Manager (Paddle Court)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver Paddle Court projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, quality, and logistics).
• Define project goals, create detailed project plans, and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor project performance, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Liaise with clients to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives in project execution.
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards in all project activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Project Management or Business Administration.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in manufacturing/export industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
