Full-Time Position


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented  Project Manager & Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director across multiple ongoing ventures and new business initiatives. This role combines executive assistance with project coordination and requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.



About the Role


The successful candidate will play a key role in organizing and managing administrative, operational, and project-related tasks across these businesses, as well as selected personal matters. You will act as the Managing Director’s right hand, coordinating processes, managing projects, and ensuring smooth operational flow across various activities.




Key Responsibilities



Executive & Personal Support


  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director
  • Manage schedules, appointments, travel planning, and calendars
  • Assist with selected personal matters requiring coordination and follow-up



Project & Business Coordination


  • Oversee and manage internal projects across multiple business units
  • Coordinate government-related applications and processes (license renewals, approvals, registrations, etc.)
  • Communicate with  suppliers, partners, service providers, and freight companies
  • Manage  shipments  from suppliers and coordinate logistics to customers
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule



Digital & Branding Support


  • Coordinate website updates, digital presence improvements, and online assets
  • Work closely with external agencies such as  social media management companies , designers, and developers
  • Assist in organizing content, project briefs, and ensuring brand consistency across channels




Requirements


  • Excellent written and spoken  English  communication skills (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Professional, reliable, and highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage projects independently and follow through with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable coordinating with external partners, government entities, and logistics providers
  • Tech-savvy and able to work with modern communication and project-management tools
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new business ventures and responsibilities
