Project Manager – Piling

Job Summary:

Canadian Piling & Foundation is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Piling to lead and manage piling and foundation projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical works, deep foundation systems, and project execution within the UAE construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop project scope, objectives, and schedules in alignment with client requirements and company goals.

Technical Oversight: Supervise all piling operations including bored piles, driven piles, and shoring systems. Ensure technical compliance with project specifications and standards.

Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and manage procurement of materials and equipment.

Health, Safety & Quality: Ensure adherence to HSE regulations, quality standards, and company policies at all project sites.

Client & Consultant Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Team Management: Lead and guide site engineers, supervisors, and site teams to achieve project milestones.

Progress Reporting: Prepare periodic progress reports, work schedules, and resource allocation plans.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related challenges to maintain timelines and quality targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in piling, shoring, and foundation engineering within the UAE or GCC.

Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical investigations, pile design, load testing, and site execution.

Excellent understanding of local regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.

Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
