Responsibilities

• Plan project execution, revenue, billing and collection for the project on a monthly basis.
• Monitor budget and cash inflow to avoid or arrest adverse variance during execution.
• Achieve target progress within budgeted cost for the quarter/year.
• Explore enhanced profitability by introduction of innovation and strategize.
• Motivate and manage site personnel.
• Work with Contract and Claims department to raise additional justifiable claims.
• Contractual correspondence with client and consultants.
• Plan, estimate site infrastructure and ensure resource mobilization and monitor its effective usage.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia oil and gas cross country pipelines, including understanding of regulatory environment, market dynamics, and key players in the cross country pipeline business.
• Project management skills: plan, organize, and manage cross country pipeline projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Leadership and team management: lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to achieve project objectives.
• Technical expertise: extensive knowledge of oil and gas cross country pipeline businesses and latest industry technologies.
• Stakeholder engagement: communicate and collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.
• Health, safety, and environmental management: ensure safety of personnel and environmental protection in cross country pipeline operations.
• Business acumen: identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech with 20+ years of experience in EPC cross country pipeline in Saudi Arabia.
