Project Manager - Preferred Arab

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction of a residential Buildings from the basement to the final handover. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial and technical skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery from inception to completion.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Monitor project costs and manage the budget to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.

Implement safety and quality control measures throughout the construction process.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in residential tower construction.

Strong understanding of construction processes, risks, and cost management.

UPDA is Required.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Relevant degree and certifications in construction management or related fields.
