Project Manager - Private Banking

  • Lead and manage Private Banking projects and strategic initiatives from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation plans, and governance frameworks to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, compliance, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of Private Banking products, services, and technology solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, providing timely escalation and resolution when required.
  • Establish and track project KPIs, delivery metrics, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to banking governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder workshops to support decision-making and project alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices, lessons learned, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and business value realization.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management within the banking sector, with exposure to Private Banking, Wealth Management, or related financial services environments preferred.
