Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or plans as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and final project output.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and team members.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
