Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end RCM projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation, collaborating with stakeholders to define clear goals
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather insights and feedback, driving continuous improvement in RCM processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in RCM practices
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven project management experience in the healthcare industry (RCM, insurance, or hospital operations)
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Familiarity with RCM processes and regulations is highly desirable
  
  

Job Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven project management experience in the healthcare industry (RCM, insurance, or hospital operations)
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is Must
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
