Project Manager - Real Estate Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, sales, marketing) and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants, government agencies).

• Oversee project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

•Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, motivating project teams to achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in project management within the real estate development sector, preferably in Egypt.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.

• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, construction methodologies, and project life-cycle.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
