Project Manager (Real Estate Development)

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for Project Manager (Real Estate Development) to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility, design, approvals, construction, to handover
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow forecasting
• Monitor progress and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues
• Handle authority approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Conduct feasibility studies and support land acquisition and development strategy
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and real estate development
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and permitting processes
