Project Manager – Real Estate (High-Rise Residential & Commercial Projects)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion, within budget and quality standards, while managing all phases of the project lifecycle—from pre-construction to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for high-rise residential and commercial developments.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to construction timelines, cost control, and quality benchmarks.
• Obtain necessary statutory approvals and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor site progress through regular site visits, MIS reporting, and project reviews.
• Manage procurement planning and inventory control for materials and resources.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols and quality control procedures on-site.
• Resolve project-related technical or administrative issues efficiently.
• Communicate progress and concerns to senior management through timely reports.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project execution practices.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project / Primavera.
• Good understanding of real estate development processes and statutory compliances.
• Leadership abilities with strong team coordination and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Background:

• Proven experience in Real Estate in managing high-rise structures (residential towers, commercial complexes, or mixed-use developments).
• Exposure to working with reputed real estate developers or EPC companies.
• Familiarity with MEP, RCC, finishing works, and green building practices.

Experience: 9–15 years in Real Estate

Location: Bavdhan Pune

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Postgraduate in Project Management is an advantage)
