Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ClickUp, be proactive in owning tasks, and possess the ability to push projects forward by resolving roadblocks rather than merely relaying information. This role requires someone who can be firm, follow up on needed assets, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans using ClickUp.

Task Ownership:

• Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure their completion.
• Track progress in ClickUp and update statuses regularly.

Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with team members to allocate resources effectively.
• Follow up firmly to obtain necessary assets and resolve bottlenecks.

Communication and Reporting:

• Provide clear updates to stakeholders on project progress.
• Escalate issues when necessary while proposing solutions.

Problem Solving:

• Identify risks and roadblocks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects stay on track despite challenges.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ClickUp, including task management, workflows, dashboards, and reporting features (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (minimum of 3 years preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Firmness in follow-ups and the ability to drive results without micromanaging.
