Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Project Management professional to support a leading FMCG client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong project execution experience within FMCG or fast-paced consumer environments and will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and Russian-speaking partners, suppliers, or markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end FMCG projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including supply chain, sales, marketing, procurement, and operations
• Act as a primary point of contact for Russian-speaking stakeholders, vendors, and partners
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations
• Support product launches, promotions, and market expansion initiatives
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and management presentations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods
• Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately
