About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager – Sales Assistant to support both project coordination and sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting project execution while contributing to client management and sales support activities.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities and timelines

Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations

Act as a liaison between clients, sales team, and project execution teams

Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to stakeholders

Maintain project documentation, reports, and records

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client communications
-
Help ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget
-
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams as needed

Provide administrative support to both project management and sales functions
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

1–3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or similar role
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Basic understanding of project management principles

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
