Employment Type: Contract (6 months with possible Contract-to-Hire)

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Salesforce experience to support initiatives within a Sales Technology environment and/or financial services . This role will be responsible for facilitating meetings, gathering business requirements, developing project plans, managing budgets, and driving execution across cross-functional business and technical teams.

The Project Manager will work closely with IT leadership, architects, database administrators, infrastructure teams, networking teams, and Salesforce professionals to ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting Salesforce-driven environments within financial services or enterprise sales support organizations .

This is a high-visibility onsite role requiring strong stakeholder communication and delivery ownership across multiple teams .

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project timelines and develop detailed project plans and task lists
  • Draft proposals and support project estimation activities
  • Maintain budgets and project accounting throughout the lifecycle
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely completion of initiatives

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate across business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
  • Provide consistent project status updates and progress tracking
  • Delegate and prioritize tasks across internal and external resources
  • Lead status meetings and milestone tracking across contributors

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify and assess risks proactively throughout project execution
  • Drive issue resolution across stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Maintain accountability for deadlines and deliverables

Delivery Leadership & Support

  • Support onboarding and mentoring of project team members
  • Assist with planning, budgeting, implementation activities, and documentation quality
  • Ensure consistency in project messaging, communication standards, and execution approach

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience supporting Salesforce environments
  • Experience supporting Sales Technology and/or Financial Services organizations
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience coordinating delivery teams or project contributors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • PMP and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
  • Experience working with contact center technologies
  • Experience coordinating with infrastructure, networking, database, and architecture teams in enterprise IT environments
