Project Manager - SAP Implementations

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead SAP implementations across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of SAP solutions, capable of driving successful end-to-end delivery from planning to post-go-live support.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP implementation projects from initiation to go-live and beyond
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.)
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management and technical teams
• Deliver high-impact presentations on project status, milestones, and KPIs
• Prepare detailed project documentation, dashboards, and reports for informed decision-making
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology or other project management frameworks
• Conduct regular status meetings and drive timely execution of deliverables
• Uphold SAP best practices and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus)
• Minimum 4–6 years of project management experience, preferably in SAP environments
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex SAP implementations
• Familiarity with SAP modules and project tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
