Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Project Manager Scrum Master. The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include overseeing project progress, conducting daily stand-up meetings, managing timelines, handling potential risks, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders. The role requires frequent collaboration with team members to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Experience in Expediting and related roles such as Expeditor
• Expertise in Inspection and quality assurance processes
• Knowledge of Logistics Management and supply chain coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks, with relevant certifications being a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and software
