We are hiring for a Project Manager for one of the leading Semiconductor Startup based in Banaglore.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strong and driven Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead and manage technology development projects in our Bangalore office. The role requires an aggressive and detail-oriented leader who can take ownership of semiconductor product development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination across teams. Candidates with experience in semiconductor, hardware, or electronics projects will be preferred; however, strong experience in software project management will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and execute multiple technology development projects with end-to-end ownership.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Drive project cadence by conducting regular reviews, ensuring accountability, and maintaining momentum.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to PMP methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• 5–12 years of proven experience managing technology development projects.
• Prior experience in semiconductor, hardware, or electronics projects is highly desirable. Strong background in software development projects is also acceptable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive deliverables, and manage risks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
